NICK OSYAN

founder and director

Nick is the Founder and Director of Community Construction. He came to Australia in 2010 as a refugee from Afghanistan. He has bachelor’s degree of Politics and International Relations and honours degree in of Arts and Design from University of Canberra. Certificate FOUR in New Small Business from TAFE.

CINDY CARPENTER

Management Consultant

Cindy is Chair of the Advisory Group for CommUnity Construction, and Chair of the Bread & Butter Project. She has over 25 years experience as a strategy consultant, including 13 years with Boston Consulting Group where she was a Principal and GM of Australia/NZ.

IRMA DEL MUNDO

Branding, Marketing, Innovation and Insights Consultant

Irma brings 30 years of experience managing global brands and consulting with both blue-chip, SME and social enterprise organisations, helping identify market opportunities and bringing brands to life in ways that engage the people they target.

Management Consultant

Debbie has over 25 years experience as a management consultant, having worked in strategy consulting with Bain and Company & The Boston Consulting Group.  For the past 20 years, Debbie has been an independent strategy consultant/advisor primarily to Private Equity funds, providing commercial/vendor due diligence and assessing growth opportunities for small/medium enterprises.

Property and Business Development Specialist

Richard Reatti has 25 years experience in the real estate sector, having worked in strategy and business development positions at Lendlease, Stockland and Macquarie Real Estate.  He is a Principal at Bluegum Real Estate Group and offers consulting, advisory and interim executive services

People and Culture Leader

Lucy has over 15 years specialising in Human Resources, leading People & Culture Teams as part of an executive for local and global organisations, from professional services to technology start-up/scale ups and recently also taking up a position on the Brainmates Board of Advisors. She is also HR Pro Bono to the Cancer Council whilst working for WPP AUNZ and VMLY&R, as a Director of People and Culture.

Legal and Strategic Advice, Dispute Resolution and Mediation

Pamela is a construction lawyer, infrastructure adviser, mediator and board director. She brings her many years of experience in the construction sector to assist with construction delivery methods, documentation and contract negotiation and dispute avoidance and resolution.
