WHAT WE HELP YOU WITH
As part of our team, you will be guaranteed satisfactory working conditions and fair pay in accordance to the Australian standards of the construction industry. You will be working with Nick and John, our founders, who understand your needs and experience as they have been through it all. They will provide skills training in the areas of your choice as well as mentorship and support to enable to access employment in the Australian community.
We understand the importance of learning and improving you English language skills in order to facilitate your integration into the Australian community. At CommUnity Construction, we have established partnerships with NAVITAS and other language mentors to provide you English lessons outside of your employment hours, free of charge. You will be able to get a certification after completing the course.
As a CommUnity Construction worker, you will have the opportunity to gain a industry-recognised certification (Certificate III Level in Tiling, Painting and other skills). After one-year of on the job training, you will be assessed and given the certification by TAFE or other private training institutions, setting you up as a contributing member of the Australian community and ready for future opportunities as an employee or even an entrepreneur in the construction industry.
